If Card's screenplay isnt accepted im not sure ill even go see the movie... too many good books have been put in shambles due to the pathetic attempts at a creating a movie based off the book.
additionally i think it would be awesome to have Card in the movie as well (kind of like Stan Lee in the all of the Marvel movies)
